Sawsan G. Bishay, M.D., is Board Certified in Radiation Oncology. She received her undergraduate and medical degree from Alexandria University School of Medicine in Alexandria, Egypt. She completed an internship at The Alexandria University School of Medicine and Hospitals of the Ministry of Health, and an internship in Internal Medicine at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Bishay completed a residency in Radiation Oncology at New York Hospital where she was chief resident.
She is a member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology and is the author of numerous articles appearing in leading professional journals.

Dr. Bishay's goal is to treat each patient with individual, sensitive attention along with state-of-the-art technology available at Florida Cancer Institute-New Hope.
She has participated in research protocols for various cancers and is an instrumental part of Florida Cancer Institute-New Hope's education programs.
